Q) I am planning a vacation for the beginning of December somewhere in the Caribbean. I would like to go somewhere with great beaches. I am looking for some great beach vacation hot spots in the Caribbean. Any suggestions from people who have been personally would be appreciated!
A) My wife and I have enjoyed Playa del Carmen, Cancun. A place to check out is the RIU palace. The beaches are pristine and warm. The sand is white and soft.
The deal we had with our all inclusive resort was we were able to access the other RIU hotels for free. With our wrist band, we could eat, drink and visit the other three RIU hotels in the area for free! It was one of the best deals that I’ve found.
They all had different dinner menus so we had quite the variety of choices. I would highly recommend them again.
At the moment, there might be a better deal going on in Expedia.

A) We are also a family of 4 and love beach vacations. We have been to a few good beach vacation hot spots and here are our top 3 destinations.
We are Canadians so one of our favorite destinations is Kelowna, British Columbia. The place we love to hang out at is called Lake Okanagan. It has 22 beachfront-access parks, Kelowna is a summer destination hotspot. It is a great place for Summer vacations.
Mexico is one of the destinations that we go to almost every year. We’ve been to the West Coast (Puerto Vallarta) and we’ve been to the East Coast (Cancun). Depending on your liking, they are both great destinations. The west side is a bit cheaper and deals come up often.
Hawaii. As for beach vacation hot spots, Hawaii has been our most enjoyable vacation. Our family took a two week vacation to Hawaii and did some island hopping. We settled on to Kauai and Kona. There are beaches galore and the beaches that we went to were just pristine. The family did body surfing, snorkeling, feeding the abundance of fish that are just right by the shore and my daughter even had the opportunity to sit on the shore and feed the turtles. She was six years old when we went to Hawaii. I had the opportunity to take a surfing lesson and if you love playing in the water, surfing is one ‘fun’ activity. Right now, there is a deal on Hawaii so check it out if you are looking to escape this Winter.
