The Lido Beach Resort is located right on the Gulf coast with a beautiful beach and amazing sunsets. It’s an ideal place for a Florida family vacation, because you can stay in a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette and have the amenities of a luxury resort. While in Sarasota we visited the: Mote Aquarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and went fishing. We spent a lot of time at St. Armand’s circle which is known as one of the best places in Florida for shopping and restaurants. Lido Beach Resort is just North of the world famous Siesta Key beach where we spent a day… it’s a white sandy beach that you have to see it to believe it, but it’s amazing. Kirk built lovely Casa Linda near Casa Bambu, facing the same beautiful beach. The houses are about 150 feet apart, but separated by landscaping and invisible to each other. Each has its own private beach path and is a complete and separate entity. Like Bambu and our other houses, Casa Linda is fully equipped, open air and tropical. It is a gorgeous house with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
