Good place to visit for four day vacation?
Where is a good place to visit? We’ll have four days in October, so we don’t want to travel too far. We might consider flying some place if we can get cheap tickets. We live in western North Carolina. We want to go somewhere we have never been before. We have already been to Washington DC, Gettysburg, PA, Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC, Outer Banks of NC, Williamsburg, VA, Boston, MA, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN, Myrtle Beach, SC among other places. I would love to visit a beach, and my husband likes historic places, so either would be ok, a combo of both would be even better.
